Is there a discount available for multiple members at a single facility?

Yes. Once you have signed up as a member, email us to receive a 40% discount code for your additional staff members. This discount only applies to members at a single site address. For multiple members at different sites, please use our 'Group' membership option.

Do you provide a money-back gaurantee?

Sure! We offer a 7-day no-quibble money-back guarantee if membership is just not for you. Just email us within 7 days of your payment date and we'll refund your payment. Refund of a payment made by credit/debit card may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Fair Use Policy: We aim to support all our members fairly and as far as reasonably possible. Requests for help needing extensive consultation time, in-depth research, or on-site services/visits may be quoted separately at a specially discounted members’ rate.
